The lower-priced plans scope an assigned endpoint to one supported platform selected at checkout. Full-access plans support the broader advertised destination set; YUGE, FULL-ACCESS and VPN also include an on-demand rotation link. MULTI-SIM is full-access and uses per-connection path selection rather than a manual rotation link. None of these terms promises a unique or persistent public IP.

Payment confirms first — crypto usually in minutes, bank transfer typically within a business day. Your line is then provisioned and credentials land in your inbox and portal, normally within a few hours and often much faster.

What's your refund policy?

We're try-before-you-buy instead: use a 24-hour test of the exact product and country you plan to buy before committing to a longer term. If it works for you, convert the same service to a full plan from its proxy page and keep the same endpoint and credentials. The test is a separate paid product, so its price is not credited toward the full plan. Auto-renew is available only after conversion to a full plan. Payments by crypto or bank transfer are final once settled. If a line is dead or stops working, we replace it within 24 hours of you telling us.

What if the proxy doesn't work?

Tell support and we replace the line within 24 hours — no debate, no ticket ping-pong. A proxy you can't use isn't a product, so a dead line is our problem to fix, not yours to argue. If we can't deliver what you ordered at all, we credit the affected time to your account balance instead.

Is there a subscription?

No forced subscription and no stored card that silently charges you. Choose one, three, six or twelve months at checkout. Renew manually from your portal; optional wallet auto-renew, where available, always renews one month at a time.

Can I switch platform or location later?
