Try before you buy

Every proxy, VPN and Multi-SIM product can be tested for 24 hours in the exact country you intend to use. The test costs 10% of that product's monthly price and begins when the service activates. A signed-in account is required and account eligibility applies.

All sales final

Because your line is provisioned immediately after payment and payments are made by cryptocurrency or bank transfer, all payments are final once settled and we do not offer refunds. By purchasing, you consent to immediate provisioning of the service.

To stop using the service, simply don't renew — access runs to the end of the paid period and there is no cancellation fee. See the Cancellation & Renewal policy.

Dead line? We replace it within 24 hours

If a line is dead on arrival or stops working, contact support and we'll replace it within 24 hours of you telling us. That is a commitment, not a case-by-case favor — a proxy you can't use isn't a product.

If we can't deliver what you ordered at all, we'll make it right another way: fixing the line, or crediting the affected time to your account balance. Credit is issued as service or account credit, not cash.

Account balance (top-up credit)

Funds you add to your account balance are credit toward Trump Proxies services. You can spend them on any plan or renewal at any time and they don't expire — but account credit is not redeemable for cash, transferable, or refundable to a payment method.

If you close your account with funds remaining, contact us — at our discretion we may return the unused balance to its original source (crypto to the same wallet, bank to the same account), net of any network or transfer fees.
