Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone using the service operated by Trump Proxies DBA, including resellers and their customers.
1. Prohibited use
You must not use the service for anything illegal in your jurisdiction or the destination jurisdiction; for fraud, phishing, malware, credential stuffing, account takeover, or unauthorized access; for spam or unsolicited bulk messaging in violation of law; for CSAM or content that exploits minors; for harassment, threats, or attacks on others; or for anything that harms the underlying mobile network, carriers, or IP reputation.
2. Reselling requires authorization
Reselling, sub-licensing, or redistributing access is not permitted without our written authorization through the Reseller Program. Approved resellers are bound by the Reseller Agreement and remain fully responsible for their own customers' use.
3. Monitoring and enforcement
We may monitor network-level traffic patterns and access logs to enforce this policy and protect the network. We do not inspect customer payload content except as needed to investigate a specific abuse report or as required by law.
4. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to [email protected] with the offending IP, timestamps (with timezone), and target domains. We investigate every credible report.
5. Consequences
Violations are a material breach. We may suspend access during an investigation and suspend or terminate immediately on confirmation, at our sole discretion and without refund or credit. We may recover costs arising from a violation and disclose information to law enforcement on lawful request.
