We sell the network layer. These checks show whether that layer is behaving as described — without pretending a proxy controls your browser fingerprint, account history, content or behavior.

What you can independently confirm
Use more than one lookup service when precision matters. ASN ownership is the strongest classification signal; city-level geolocation is an estimate.
Exit IP
The public address seen by the destination should change from your normal connection to the proxy exit.
Carrier ASN
An ASN lookup should identify a mobile carrier network rather than a hosting or datacenter provider.
Geolocation
Country and region databases should broadly match the location you bought. Databases can disagree or lag after carrier reassignments.
Rotation behavior
Carrier-controlled, managed, on-demand and per-connection products behave differently. Test the behavior named on the plan, not an assumed timer.

Do not rely on one database. Record the result from at least two sources, because carrier assignments and geolocation datasets can update at different times.

Definition
Assigned endpoint does not mean exclusive public IPv4
Every purchase gets its own authenticated proxy endpoint — not access to a giant public residential pool.
- Your host, port and credentials identify the service assigned to your purchase.
- Platform-locked plans restrict destinations to the selected platform and shared tools.
- Full-access plans use the broader supported-destination policy described at checkout.
- The mobile carrier can place many ordinary subscribers behind the same public IPv4.
Why CGNAT matters
Carrier-grade NAT is normal on mobile networks. It means the carrier translates many subscriber connections through a smaller set of public addresses. That shared carrier exit is compatible with an assigned authenticated proxy endpoint; the two describe different layers.
We therefore do not promise that a public carrier IP belongs exclusively to one subscriber or device, or that it will remain unchanged. The mobile carrier can reassign it at its discretion.

Evidence levels
Separate what you can test from what we disclose
A strong claim should say where its evidence comes from. We use three levels instead of presenting every statement as if it were the same kind of proof.
Buyer-verifiable
Exit IP, ASN, broad geolocation and rotation behavior can be checked from your own connection.
Plan-defined
Access scope, supported transport and available controls are stated on the plan and repeated at checkout.
Operator-disclosed
Hardware ownership and operating history are company statements. We keep US wording separate and do not claim to own US hardware.
4G and 5G
The radio badge is not an IP reputation score
5G can improve throughput, latency and capacity. It does not automatically make the exit IP cleaner or more trusted than a 4G LTE exit.
For proxy quality, look at the carrier ASN, address history, CGNAT context, route stability and how the service is operated. Network generation describes the radio access technology; it does not erase the reputation history of a public IP.
Multi-SIM claim basis
“Up to 15,000” means up to 15,000 distinct carrier exit IPs observed in a 24-hour Multi-SIM run. It is not a promise that every customer will see that number every day. Results vary with carrier conditions, location, connection pattern and the availability of exit addresses.
Multi-SIM changes the SIM path on each new connection. It is designed for stateless diversity and failover, not for holding one logged-in session on a stable address.
Match the claim to your own test
Start small, record the exit ASN and location, test the transport your app actually uses, and scale only after the result matches the workload.
