Cancellation & Renewal

How one-month terms renew and how to stop them. (No subscriptions — nothing auto-charges.)

Renewal

Plans run for the period you pay for. We send a renewal reminder before expiry. Crypto and bank plans are not auto-charged — you renew by paying the renewal invoice (or from your wallet balance).

Cancellation

To cancel, simply don't renew — access ends at the end of the paid period. You can also manage everything from your portal. There is no cancellation fee.

Non-payment

If a renewal isn't paid, the line is paused and later released back to the pool. Pay the outstanding invoice to reactivate while the line is still held.
