Terms of Service

1. Business-to-business service

Trump Proxies is sold to businesses for business use. By ordering, you confirm you are acting in the course of a trade, business or profession and not as a consumer. Consumer cooling-off rights do not apply to B2B contracts.

2. The service

We provide access to mobile IP addresses on real SIM cards in the USA and EU, delivered as proxy or VPN connections. Mobile IPs are shared at the carrier level by design (carrier-grade NAT). We do not guarantee any specific outcome on any third-party platform — no proxy provider honestly can.

Plans differ in access shape: platform-locked plans are dedicated to the single platform you choose at checkout; full-access plans work with any destination and include a rotation link. Platform changes on a locked line can be requested via support.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for anything illegal in your jurisdiction or the destination jurisdiction, for fraud, for unsolicited bulk messaging in violation of law, or to harm others. The full Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms.

We may suspend a line for abuse that endangers the underlying network or IP reputation. Where practical we contact you first; where the network is at immediate risk we may suspend first and explain after.

4. Provisioning, payment and auto-pause

For established customers we may provision a proxy immediately and collect payment shortly after. If payment is not confirmed within the stated window (about 1 hour for crypto, 5 days for bank transfer), the line is paused until payment is received. New customers' first orders require confirmed payment before provisioning.

We accept cryptocurrency and bank transfer. Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on-chain. Bank transfers are confirmed when the funds arrive in our account. Prices are in USD; you are responsible for any transaction fees your bank or wallet charges on your side.

5. Data and fair network use

Plans include unlimited data within fair use of a shared carrier network. Sustained line-saturation that degrades the underlying network for others (for example continuous max-throughput bulk transfer unrelated to the plan's purpose) may be rate-managed after notice. Ordinary automation, account management and scraping workloads are what the service is built for and are not affected.

6. Your account and portal

Keep your portal credentials, proxy credentials, rotation links and API keys confidential — anyone holding them can use your lines. You are responsible for activity under your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication in the portal. Team members you invite act under your account at the role you grant them.

7. Renewal, expiry and cancellation

Plans run for the purchased term and do not auto-charge any stored payment method — there is none. You can renew from your portal (including from a prepaid wallet balance, and optional wallet-funded auto-renew where available). An unrenewed line is disabled at expiry. Cancellation therefore requires no action: simply don't renew. Details are in the Cancellation & Renewal policy.

8. Maintenance and changes

Mobile networks re-assign IPs and towers as part of normal carrier operation; individual IP changes are expected behavior, not a fault. We may perform maintenance affecting availability; where planned and material we announce it on the status page. We may improve or alter service features over time, and will not materially reduce what an active paid term includes.

9. No affiliation

Trump Proxies is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any social media platform or carrier mentioned on this site. Platform and carrier names are used to describe compatibility only.

10. Liability, indemnity & governing law

The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior month. We are not liable for actions third-party platforms take against your accounts.

You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms or of applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; material changes are dated at the top of this page and apply to renewals after the change.
