Will a mobile proxy stop my accounts getting banned?

No — and any provider promising "no bans" is overselling. A mobile IP removes the network layer as a way to get caught, which is a huge share of easy bans. But platforms in 2026 also score your device fingerprint, browser, behavior and the phone/email/payment on the account. We sell a necessary input and vouch for it; pair it with an antidetect browser, geo-matched locale and disciplined warmup for the rest.

How is a mobile proxy different from a residential or datacenter proxy?

How many accounts can I run on one proxy?

For account work, run one dedicated line per account and hold it for that account's lifetime — pooling several identities on one line with the same browser fingerprint is what links them. For scraping and stateless jobs, keep concurrency low (1–3 parallel sessions per line, rarely more than 5).

How does IP rotation work?

Full-access plans give you a personal rotation link you can tap in the portal, schedule, or call from your scripts; entry plans use natural carrier-driven rotation. A rotation request is accepted at most once every 5 minutes — any ok:true means your IP refresh is in progress. Rotate between tasks, never underneath a logged-in session.

They're a real cellular connection, so expect slightly higher latency than a datacenter line in exchange for an IP platforms actually trust. Set 30–60 second timeouts and enable keep-alive and they run smoothly for browsing, automation and scraping. This is 4G LTE, not fiber — we're honest about that.

Do you support IPv4 and IPv6?

IPv4 by default — it reaches every target and geolocates accurately, which is what a geo-matched line depends on. IPv6 is available as a dual-stack fallback where a target supports it, but many high-value sites (TikTok, X, Amazon, most sneaker and checkout targets) are IPv4-only, so we never sell IPv6 as a replacement. You can switch the stack from your portal.

How do I test my proxy?

Check the exit IP on ipinfo.io (the ASN should read as a mobile carrier), a fraud-score tool like ipqualityscore.com, and dnsleaktest.com (DNS should resolve in the same country as the exit). Or use the built-in IP health check in your portal — it shows your live exit IP, ASN, location and fraud score in one place.

Using a mobile proxy is legal in most places — it's the same as browsing from a phone on a carrier network. What matters is what you do with it: follow each platform's terms and your local laws. We provide the network identity; how you use it is your responsibility.

Yes — a paid 7-day trial on a real US or EU mobile line, one platform, your choice of location and protocol. A small paid barrier keeps the network clean (free mobile proxies attract exactly the users who burn IP reputation). The trial exists so you can prove the service on your exact workload before committing — and since plans run month-to-month with no auto-charge, you never commit to more than a month anyway.

How do I pay?

Why does my proxy's location need to match my account's location?

Accepted Answer

Platforms check more than your IP's country — they cross-check it against your browser's timezone, language, and sometimes DNS resolver location. If those disagree, say a US IP with a European timezone, that mismatch is itself a red flag, independent of anything else about the connection. Always pick the proxy location that matches where your account is supposed to live, and make sure your browser's timezone and language settings agree with it.

What's the safest way to run multiple accounts on one platform?

Give every account its own dedicated, sticky proxy, and never let two accounts share one IP and browser fingerprint at the same time — that overlap is exactly the signal platforms use to link accounts together, so a strike on one becomes a strike on all of them. A proxy handles the network side of that isolation; pair it with a separate browser profile (or an anti-detect browser) per account so cookies, fonts, and other device signals stay separate too.

How long should I warm up a new account before using it heavily?

It varies by platform, but the pattern is the same everywhere: start light — browsing, following, the occasional like — for the first few days to weeks, and ramp up gradually rather than posting or automating heavily on day one. Harder platforms need longer; Instagram-style account work is often weeks, not days. A slow, human-paced ramp matters more than any single proxy setting.

Should I use a sticky or rotating IP?

It depends on whether the site you're using ties a session to your IP. If you're logging in and staying logged in — an account, a cart, a checkout — stay on one sticky IP for that whole session; rotating mid-session can look like account takeover and trigger a security check. If you're just pulling public data at volume with no login involved, rotating per request is usually fine. When in doubt, stay sticky.

What's the difference between your proxy and VPN products?

A proxy only carries the traffic you explicitly point at it — a browser tab, a scraping script — so you can run several different identities side by side on one machine, each through its own proxy. A VPN takes over your entire device's connection, encrypting and routing every app through one tunnel. If you need several separate identities at once, use proxies. If you want your whole device's traffic on a real mobile IP, use the VPN.

How is your VPN different from a regular consumer VPN?

A commercial consumer VPN routes you through a datacenter server — those IP ranges are well known to fraud-detection systems and treated as higher-risk than ordinary residential or mobile traffic. Our VPN instead puts your device on a real carrier SIM's mobile IP, the same class of address an ordinary phone uses, so sites and services that specifically distrust datacenter/hosting ranges see you the same way they'd see a real mobile customer.

Should I use WireGuard or OpenVPN?

WireGuard by default — it connects faster, handles switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data more gracefully, and is the better everyday choice. Switch to OpenVPN (TCP, port 443) only on a restrictive network that actively blocks or throttles WireGuard's traffic pattern — OpenVPN over 443 is built to look like ordinary HTTPS traffic and gets through where WireGuard sometimes can't.

Does a proxy stop browser and device fingerprinting?

No, and this is worth understanding clearly. A proxy controls your network identity — the IP address and the connection itself. It has no control over your browser's TLS handshake, canvas/WebGL rendering, fonts, or other device-level signals — those come entirely from your browser and are identical whether you're on our proxy, a different proxy, or no proxy at all. For real multi-account isolation you need both: a clean network identity (the proxy) and a separate, consistent browser fingerprint per identity (an anti-detect browser). Neither one alone is enough on platforms that check both.

Why does my real IP sometimes leak even though I'm connected to the proxy?

Two common causes, both on the browser side rather than the proxy. WebRTC (used for video calls) can open a direct connection that reveals your real IP even when your other browser traffic is proxied — most browsers let you disable WebRTC or restrict it to your proxy interface. Separately, modern browsers increasingly use HTTP/3 (QUIC), which runs over UDP; a standard proxy only carries regular TCP traffic, so QUIC connections can bypass it entirely. A WebRTC leak-test site will confirm the first cause, and disabling HTTP/3 in your browser's flags rules out the second.

Why shouldn't I use an IPv6-only connection?

A large share of the platforms people actually use proxies for — TikTok, X/Twitter, Amazon, most sneaker and checkout sites, Snapchat, Pinterest — don't support IPv6 at all, so an IPv6-only connection simply can't reach them. IPv6 geolocation is also far less reliable than IPv4, roughly half as accurate at the country level, which undermines the whole point of a geo-matched proxy. We default every line to IPv4 for exactly these reasons and only offer IPv6 as a secondary option, never a replacement.
