Reseller Agreement

1. Eligibility and approval

The Reseller Program is for businesses reselling the service to their own customers. Applications are reviewed individually and approved at our discretion; we may request business and identity information and may decline or revoke participation at any time.

2. You are responsible for your customers (KYC)

You warrant that you will identify and vet your own customers ('know your customer's customer'), ensure their use complies with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable law, and cooperate promptly with any abuse investigation — including identifying and suspending an offending sub-account. Abuse by your customers is treated as your breach.

3. Pricing, wallet and orders

Wholesale pricing is set per reseller and may improve with order volume. You pre-fund a wallet (crypto or bank transfer; no cards, so no chargebacks) and orders for your sub-accounts are paid from it. You set your own retail prices and bill your own customers; the relationship between you and your customers is yours. Maintaining reseller pricing/status may require a minimum ongoing order volume.

4. Branding and white-label

You may present the portal under your own brand and domain. You must not misrepresent the underlying network's capabilities or impersonate us. Branding assets you provide must be yours to use.

5. Suspension, termination and clawback

We may suspend or terminate reseller access for any breach of this agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy, immediately and at our sole discretion, without refund or credit, and may recover expenses arising from a violation. Either party may end the relationship; obligations relating to abuse, payment, and confidentiality survive termination.

Suspension is not limited to your account. When we suspend a reseller, we immediately suspend the service of ALL of that reseller's customers (every sub-account proxy) — your customers go offline at the same moment you do. There is no warning period and no partial suspension. Plan accordingly: vet who you sell to, because their abuse is treated as your breach and takes your whole customer base down with it.
