- Use HTTP or SOCKS5 according to the client and verify DNS behavior

- Back off on 429, challenge or access-denied responses instead of routing around them

- Explicit rate-limit handling and an auditable user agent
- Logs for source URL, timestamp, status and observed exit country
What the endpoint controls
An assigned endpoint routes configured traffic through mobile-carrier infrastructure in the selected country. It does not control the destination's policies, security decisions, account access, content, browser state or device configuration. Verify the observed route in your real client, follow the destination's rules, and treat challenges or restrictions as a reason to stop and review.
